Students from Our Lady of Grace Catholic School in Langhorne were recognized as winners of the 2026 American Legion Auxiliary Americanism Essay Contest sponsored by Jesse W. Soby Unit 148. The contest, open to students in grades 3-8, challenged participants to write about “Celebrating America’s 250th Birthday and the Veterans Who Fought for Our Freedom.”
All three first-place winners advanced from the council level and will compete at the Pennsylvania level.
