The Birches at New Hope—a new personal care and memory care community—has been putting down roots and becoming part of the vibrant culture of its small-town surroundings. The leadership team has already warmly welcomed some of its first founding residents, with additional move-ins on the horizon.
As residents settle in, the community is coming to life through engaging activities and social events inspired by the eclectic locale.
Kathryn Koenig, the sales and marketing director, said, “By bringing local arts into our community, we hope to enrich daily life, encourage meaningful conversations, and create a home for our seniors that reflects the heart of the greater New Hope area.”
That commitment is reflected through The Birches’ outreach and partnerships, including sponsorships of the New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival, local sports programs, the Bucks County Playhouse production of “Elf”, and collection drives supporting community organizations such as Fisherman’s Mark Food Pantry. Together, these initiatives showcase how The Birches is becoming an integral part of New Hope’s unique cultural life.
In addition to engaging with the community through events and partnerships, The Birches offers full- and part-time employment, as well as volunteer opportunities, inviting caring, passionate individuals to support seniors in meaningful ways. Employees enjoy perks such as health insurance, Same Day Pay, paid time off, a 401(k) match, Shoes for Crews®, and wellness challenges with rewards.
