Pennsbury Manor opens for the 2026 season on March 1 to a full lineup of exciting programming at William Penn’s 43-acre countryside estate along the Delaware River in Morrisville.

On March 8, celebrate Pennsylvania's birthday at Charter Day from 1-4 pm. The family-friendly event is FREE admission, and non-perishable food items will be collected to support the Bucks County Housing Group Penndel Food Pantry. Visitors can take a tour of the Manor House, observe colonial craftspeople as they demonstrate the art of blacksmithing, woodworking, spinning, cooking and beer brewing, watch history come to life with a performance by The Living History Theater troupe, and visit with the horses, sheep and other resident animals. Be sure to dress warm as the event is mainly outdoors!

Guided tours are offered Wednesday through Sunday and are included with admission fees ($9 adult, $7 senior, and $5 child). Explore the historic Manor House, discover fascinating artifacts, and take an in-depth look at William Penn’s life in the 17th century. Save time to walk through the award-winning exhibit, and visit the seasonal garden with fresh herbs and flowers.

“Sundays at Pennsbury” runs from April to October and features a rotation of family-friendly programming every Sunday from 1 - 4 pm. Visit PennsburyManor.org for the full calendar, and consider purchasing a 2026 membership for unlimited site visits. Memberships also include tickets to the beloved annual holiday event, Holly Nights, and help support educational programs for local students.
