$25,000 or a new car—Which would you choose? Proceeds benefit Pickering Manor (non-profit)

Posted

Would you choose a brand-new car or $25,000 in cash? That thrilling  decision awaits the winner of the 13th Annual Pickering Manor Car Raffle, with the live  drawing on Thursday, April 17.

This annual raffle has become a spring tradition, offering participants the chance to win  big while supporting a meaningful local cause. Only 800 tickets are available at $100  each, giving ticket holders excellent odds. You do not need to be present to win. Ticket  purchasers are welcome to attend the live drawing and cocktail party on April 17,  adding to the excitement of the evening.

Proceeds from the raffle benefit Pickering Manor, a non-profit Life Plan Community that  has proudly served the Newtown area for more than 60 years. Funds raised help  support resident programs, services, and initiatives that enhance quality of life across  the full continuum of care.

After selling 600 tickets last year, Pickering Manor is aiming to make this its biggest  raffle yet by reaching the full 800-ticket maximum—an effort made possible through  continued local support.

The first-place winner will have the choice of $25,000 in cash or a brand-new vehicle  offered by Peruzzi Automotive Group. Vehicle options include Buick Envista Preferred,  Mitsubishi Outlander Sport S, Nissan Kicks SV FWD or Mazda 3 SDN 2.5 S. In addition, a  second prize of a $1,000 VISA gift card will be awarded.

The raffle is proudly sponsored by The First National Bank and Trust Company of  Newtown. Tickets are available for purchase until the drawing and can be purchased  online at PickeringManor.org and clicking on “Community and Events”.
