Posted
The team went 15-5 during their regular season, earning them a #1 seed in the playoffs.
They won the winner-take-all playoff championship game, 1-0, against Falls to advance to the regional tournament in Berwick, PA
Their 3-2 record in the regional tournament earned them a birth in the state tournament, also in Berwick.
They are the first Lower Southampton Jr. or Sr. American Legion Baseball team ever to advance to the state tournament.
They finished third in the state tournament, with their only losses being to the eventual winner Upper Perkiomen, and runner-up Penn-Trafford.
The team went into the regional and state tournaments short-handed due to vacations and came together to play the best baseball they had played all year.
It was a true team effort, as contributions came from everyone on the team, up and down the line up.
