Township Library of Lower Southampton presents scheduled programs for December

The Library is  closed December 23, 24, 31, and January 1.

New Program this month:

• Vince Guaraldi: The Man Behind Peanuts Music: Wednesday, December 3 at 6:30 pm. Join us to hear some of the best-known piano trio recordings of all time. Vince Guaraldi's "Peanuts" soundtracks made him one of the most famous pianists of the 20th century. However, the breadth and quality of his work expands far beyond Charlie Brown, Linus, and Lucy. Registration required 

Join us for these Patron Favorites:

• Mini Yogis with Yalla Yoga: Wednesday, December 3 and 10 at 10:30 pm. A PreK yoga program to have fun with their grown ups! Ms. Kate will be your yoga guide. Registration Required.
• Pokémon Club: Thursday, December 4 and 18 at 5 pm. Calling all school-age trainers.
• First Thursday Book Club: Thursday, December 4 at 6:30 pm. This month’s book selection is “Dewey: The Small-Town Library Cat Who Touched the World” by Vicki Myron.
• Dungeons and Dragons: Friday, December 5 at 7 pm.
• Bored? Game Night at the Library: Friday, December 5 at 7 pm.
• Brickheads: Thursday, December 11 at 5 pm. An hour-long LEGO club for all you intrepid builders.
• Free Play: Nintendo(TM) Switch Club: Saturday, December 20 at 1pm.

Family Storytime: Every Monday at 10:30 am -11 am. (No Storytime December 22 or 29). Foster a love of curiosity and reading in your child every week with books, songs, and rhymes for the whole family.

Baby Storytime: Tuesdays at 10:30 am -11 am. Ages 0-24 months.

(No Storytime December 23 or 30).

Hybrid Chair Yoga: Tuesdays at noon and Fridays at 1 pm in December. Visit our website and register for both live or virtual programs.

Stitch Witches: Wednesdays at 1 pm.

Thursday Movie Club: Returns in January at 10:15 am. Check our website for a schedule of dates, runtimes/selections.

Barks and Books: Every Saturday at 11 am. Our friendly therapy pets will be visiting for children to read their favorite stories.
