Northampton Township Parks and Recreation

When 2025 began, the Parks and Recreation Department set a goal: to create more events where families, friends, and neighbors could come together and celebrate as a community. First came the Sun and Fun Fest in June, then a revamped Halloween Happening in October. Now, to close out the year, NTPR is bringing the magic of the holidays to life with a brand-new tradition!

1st Annual Winterfest Celebration!
Join us on Friday, December 5, from 5 – 9 pm at Northampton Township Municipal Park (281 Hatboro Road, Churchville) for a celebration that marks both the one-year anniversary of the Senior Center joining the Parks & Recreation Department and the start of the holiday season.

This special evening will feature something for everyone:

• Shop the Holiday Marketplace for unique gifts and seasonal treasures - now in a big, heated tent!
• Enjoy the dazzling menorah and tree lighting.
• Ride the horse-and-carriages through the park.
• Make cozy s’mores by the fire.
• Listen to festive songs of the season sung by the Bucks County Women’s Choir.
• Taste delicious bites and drinks from food and festive drink trucks.
• And of course, take pictures with Santa himself!

The entire Northampton community is invited to shop, sing, and celebrate the warmth of the season together. So, tell your friends, grab your coat, and bundle up for Winterfest, your new holiday kickoff tradition.

We can’t wait to see you there!
