Step 2: Digital Pre-Evaluation

To give our specialists a head start, you can email photos of your items to inhome@alderferauction.com. This allows us to perform preliminary research and arrive at your door with the data necessary to provide an accurate market picture.

Step 3: The Expert Walkthrough

During our visit, we review your items' unique features, condition and provenance. We provide professional insight into everything from mid-century modern furniture and fine jewelry to rare coins and art. We don’t just look at the items; we provide a roadmap for your next steps—whether that involves selling, donating, or utilizing partnered clean-out services.
